Fertility First became part of the Genea Fertility Network in 2024. Like Genea, Fertility First is a comprehensive fertility service offering a full range of fertility treatments: Ovulation Induction, Intra-Uterine Insemination, In-Vitro Fertilisation, Pre-implantation Genetic Testing, egg/ sperm donation, surrogacy, and surgical sperm retrieval. The Fertility First laboratory now utilises the same equipment, culture media, and protocols as Genea. Â Â
Dr Marren consults and performs fertility procedures at Fertility First on Fridays. Dr Ying Li and Dr Anne Clark cover Dr Marren’s procedures on Mondays and Wednesdays respectively. Dr Marren consults and performs fertility procedures at Genea, Sydney CBD 7-days per week.Â
For most fertility services, fees at Fertility First are slightly less-than Genea. The patient care co-ordinators can provide detailed, patient-specific quotes.Â
The egg and sperm donor banks differ between Fertility First and Genea:
Donor eggs: Central Egg Bank and Egg Bank Asia;
Donor sperm: Genea Sperm Bank, Fertility First Sperm Bank, Xytex Sperm Bank and Seattle Sperm Bank.
Donor eggs: The World Egg & Sperm Bank and Egg Bank Asia;
Donor sperm: Genea Sperm Bank, European Sperm Bank, and Fairfax Sperm Bank.
